Financial aSSISTANCE & Fundraising

Woodland Park VBC & RMR offer several opportunities to help with the strain of club fees.

Pay the Day Calendar

The Pay the Day Fundraiser is a simple way to collect donations with minimal effort. Ask your family & friends to pick a day on the calendar that they would like to pay that day's amount. For example, on day 17, they will donate $17 to go towards your club fees. Once all the days are full, you will earn up to $409. Multiple people can pick the same day, earning you more money.

Butter Braids Fundraiser

Athletes will be the online sellers by sharing the link with family & friends.  Family & friends can buy their favorite butter braid & coffee.  They can also donate directly to the athlete's link & 39% of each athlete's sales will go directly toward their club fees.

Dates: November 4 -29, 2024 (this fundraiser is currently closed)

WPVBC Lau Financial Assistance

The Woodland Park VBC founder Howard Lau introduced Club Volleyball to Woodland Park & surrounding areas in 2012. Watching & coaching his daughter’s Park & Rec & middle school teams, he saw the potential for a competitive club.

WPVBC believes in providing the opportunity to play youth volleyball to as many players as possible without causing a severe financial impact on families. Therefore, the WPVBC Board has created a financial assistance program for those families that demonstrate the need for support. Financial assistance applies only to regular season fees & cannot be applied to summer programs or camps. Recipients who receive financial assistance from WPVBC are required to complete volunteer hours with WPVBC.
