Kourtney has played in a multitude of positions, including middle, outside, right-side, and setter, beginning her volleyball career when she was a little girl, playing parks and rec. Kourtney played through high school and on club teams, including WPVBC. Kourtney has coached for more than 7 years and says her favorite drill is Pressure Serving. Kourtney wants to continue to “build every player’s love and passion for volleyball, as well as to help each player grow in areas that they wish to become better at.”
In her off-court time, Kourtney enjoys quilting and catching up on reruns of The Office. Something you might not know about Kourtney is that she can drive a dump truck! In the summer, she does so for Divide Trucking / Divide Asphalt.

Rylee previously played volleyball as a middle and loved being on the court. She also played Soccer as a Goalkeeper, so she is naturally quick on her feet! Rilee is also an accomplished Real Estate Advisor at Engel and Völkers Pikes Peak.
One of Rilee’s favorite hobbies is to build Legos. This demonstrates her attention to detail and her patience, which comes in handy when coaching! She also owns an English bulldog named Beau, who she loves dearly.
Rilee’s favorite color is purple, so we imagine she is especially excited about the rebranding of WPVBC’s logo!

The RMR does not dictate whether teams or participants should or should not travel in any inclement weather or other conditions. Club/Team travel to any RMR event is always at your own risk and expense . In the event of road closures (verifiable by State Patrol) due to inclement weather on the date of the tournament, it is the responsibility of the Club/Team Representative to notify the Tournament Director at the Site to which the team was assigned, that the team will not be participating in the tournament.
