Memberships

1. Create an account in the name of a parent/legal guardian: 

2. To purchase Membership affiliated with Woodland Park VBC 

3. Click on "GET MEMBERSHIP"

4. On "Who is the membership for?" click the name of the child if already in the list of people in the household account or click ADD A CHILD 

5. Add and verify your information to buy a membership with Rocky Mountain Region (RMR). 

Membership types available as of 9/1/2024

1.  24-25 RMR Tryout - June through Dec 

• This membership allows ONLY for participation in RMR sanctioned club volleyball tryouts. It does not allow for participation in other RMR sanctioned events (practices, competitions, camps, clinics, etc). 

2.  24-25 RMR Junior Player 

•  Allows for participation as a junior player in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events & must be selected if accepting an offer to play for the 2023/24 season.  It does allow for participation in RMR sanctioned events (practices, competitions, camps, clinics, etc). 

3. 24-25 RMR Junior 11 & Under Player

•  Allows for participation for those who are 11 years of age or younger during the entire membership season. 

All Directors and adult coaches of juniors, even if they are participating in other roles. Allows for participation in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events. The participant must also successfully pass a background screening, be SafeSport trained and complete IMPACT prior to participation.

3. Click on "GET MEMBERSHIP"

4. On "Who is the membership for?" select yourself as the account holder.  

5.Add and verify your information to buy a membership with Rocky Mountain Region (RMR).

Membership type(s) available as of 8/1/2024

1. 24-25 RMR Adult Juniors Coach/Director (Req: BG/SS/IMPACT) 

•  Should be selected by all adult coaches of juniors, even if they are participating in other roles. Allows for participation in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events. The participant must successfully pass a background screen, be SafeSport trained and complete IMPACT prior to participation. 

2.   24-25 RMR Team Rep or Chaperone 

•  Allows for participation in non-coach roles in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events. The participant must successfully pass a background screen and be SafeSport trained prior to participation. Coaches should choose the "coach" specific membership to be eligible. 

PARENTS:   If you know that you will be the Team Rep/Chaperone (AKA Team Parent/Manager) for this upcoming 2023/24 season, the above membership is also designed for parents who will assist (not coaching) their team.  An annual background screening and Safesport certifications will be required.

1. Log into https://www.sportsengine.com/  

2. Click on Household  

3. Click on "VIEW PROFILE" of the person for whom you want to print the membership card

4. To the right of the profile information for that individual, see the membership information 

5. Click the wallet symbol in the right-hand corner of membership information  

6. Click Add to Apple Wallet (works best if on an iPhone) or click Add to Google Pay (better option on computer but requires a login to a Gmail/google account) 

7. Follow steps to add and/or print Membership ID.
