All teams are required to check in at the playing site.  Failure to do so may disqualify your team from the tournament. Check-in is Saturday, Feb 16, 2019 1/2 hour prior to the start of play (7:00 am for morning wave, 2:30 pm for afternoon wave)  Coaches must have the following documents at check in:

• Coaches personal proof of ID.
• Medical Release forms for all players.
• Verify rostered (add/delete) players for the entire event.   

• AM wave starts at 7:30 am Saturday & Sunday
• PM wave starts at 2:30 pm Saturday & Sunday
• Bracket play starts at 7:30 am on Monday (schedule on tm2sign.com)

Outside food & drinks will be allowed in all facilities but only in designated areas.  Outside food or drinks are NOT allowed in the court area of the NORCO, Windsor HS, Rodarte, Greeley Recreation Center & Fun Plex Facilities; WATER ONLY.  If coolers & food are found in undesignated areas it will be confiscated!  Island Grove Facility will have a concession stand with a variety of food & drinks available for sale.

There is plenty of parking available at no charge around the Island Grove Facility.  Parking around NORCO Facility may be limited especially during the wave change.  It is recommended that individuals show up 1/2 hour before the start of the PM wave (2:30).  This will allow other individuals from the AM wave to move out & will give you a better chance of getting close in the  parking area.  Please be patent & courteous, cars that are parked illegally will be towed at the owner's expense.
