Get to know our coaching staff

We are excited to announce that Crissy Leonhardt has been named Head Coach for our U16 team for the 2026-2027 season.

Cristina brings 13 years of head coaching experience at the club level, working with athletes across a wide range of age groups and skill levels. In 2019, she earned her first high school head coaching position at Coronado High School and led her team to the final four at state in her inaugural season, earning League Coach of the Year honors. From 2020–2023, Cristina returned to her alma mater, Manitou Springs High School, where she guided the program to its first state tournament appearance in seven years and was again named League Coach of the Year in 2022. Cristina is excited to be back coaching club volleyball and looks forward to helping athletes grow both on and off the court.
